We know where every coffee we roast comes from. The farm. The farmer. The altitude it grew at. The process it went through. That traceability isn’t a marketing line — it’s how we source.
And when the café opens, the same belief applies to the food. Plant based, done properly, without the label. Just extraordinary ingredients, honestly prepared.

We’re building this from the ground up. Starting with the craft — sourcing exceptional green coffee, developing roast profiles, learning every bean. The café will follow when the coffee is ready to deserve it.
