Specialty Coffee Roasters

SOIL.

Traceable to the farm. Roasted with intention.

We source single origin coffees from the world’s finest farms and roast them in small batches. Every cup has a story — we know it, and we’re proud of it.

A café is coming. For now, the roastery comes first.

“What goes into your body should be honest, traceable, and extraordinary.

We know where every coffee we roast comes from. The farm. The farmer. The altitude it grew at. The process it went through. That traceability isn’t a marketing line — it’s how we source.

And when the café opens, the same belief applies to the food. Plant based, done properly, without the label. Just extraordinary ingredients, honestly prepared.

01
Single
Origin

Every coffee we roast is traceable to a single farm or co-operative. We know the story before you taste it.

02
Small
Batch

Roasted in small quantities, to order. Freshness isn’t a promise — it’s built into how we work.

03
Community
First

The café is coming. A space to stay, work, eat and drink well. Built for the neighbourhood, designed to last.

ROASTERY
FIRST.
CAFÉ
NEXT.

We’re building this from the ground up. Starting with the craft — sourcing exceptional green coffee, developing roast profiles, learning every bean. The café will follow when the coffee is ready to deserve it.

Now
Home Roastery

Future
SOIL. Café
The full vision. Specialty coffee, plant based food, a space people want to stay in. First location, then more.
